Returns

We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Free Spirit the brand. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a return policy to assist you.

 

First, send us an e-mail that you want to return your ordered products, with ordernumber and reason for return. Then, securely package the item in its original packaging, if possible. Ship the package to the following return address:

We recommend using a tracking service to monitor the return shipment. Please note that the cost and responsibility for the return shipment are yours as the customer.

When we receive your package, we check it securely. If it's all good, we will make a refund.

We will send an e-mail to you that the refund is done or that there is an problem.

Important Notes:

• Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving the order.
• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original labels and packaging to be eligible for a refund.
